36th Avenue Road Construction

The ramps onto 36th Avenue from HWY 169 will be closed starting Thursday, June 6, 2024, and will not reopen again until October 2024. They are replacing the 36th Ave bridge over HWY 169. Please use alternate routes and allow extra travel time to and from our clinic.

If you visit our clinic traveling HWY 169 South, we suggest exiting at Rockford Rd/42nd Ave and taking Boone Ave south to 36th Ave, then west to our clinic.

If you visit our clinic traveling HWY 169 North, we suggest exiting at Medicine Lake Rd/27th Ave and taking Boone Ave north to 36th Ave, then west to our clinic.
